One of the recent suggestions to the canteen committee was that we change the milk to low-fat milk and that we change the sugar to one of the low-calorie options. The only one that we knew of was splenda. We checked the hunt office website and sure enough, they had these splenda sweetner sachets. They came in a box of one thousand sachets so we ordered a box. We changed the milk to the low-fat option and everyone was happy. Not the same with the splenda however. We are now putting the splenda on our order once per month but we are still ordering the 'real' sugar too.

As a good alternative to real sugar, this splenda is lovely. Some of the other sweeteners leave a bit of a lingering taste but these splenda sweetener sachets taste just like real sugar. I love it!

We stopped using sugar altogether at work to promote more healthier lifestyle but since there is still a large group that wants their tea or coffee sweet, we get a pack of this sweetener every few weeks.
