A Message To Our Customers
We want to ensure our customers that our online store is fully operational.  As well as that, all of our warehousing and logistics services are functioning as normal.
At Hunt Office, the health and safety of our staff and customers is paramount.  We have implemented Covid-19 health practices in line with Government and HSE recommendations.

Products will be dispatched as indicated on the product page. Please note however that due to an increased volume of deliveries our couriers have indicated that there may be an additional delay of 24 hours on some deliveries

Delivery Information

Great Value:
A delivery charge of £5.99 applies to all value orders from the following categories

  • Paper
  • Ink & Toner
  • Office Supplies
  • Breaktime
  • Cleaning
  • Fire Safety
  • First Aid

Large and bulky items, machines and technology products throughout the site (including the categories above) may have varying delivery charges which will appear in your basket. Standard Expected Delivery:
The vast majority of products on the site will be delivered the next business day if ordered before 4.30pm. Orders placed after 4.30pm will be delivered in 1-2 business days.
Some furniture items will have longer lead times. For items of this nature - the expected delivery times are detailed on the product page.

Accepting Delivery: 
We deliver throughout mainland UK, all deliveries must be signed for so please ensure someone is available, delivery is between 9am and 5.00pm Monday - Friday (excluding bank holidays), we are unable to accommodate specific delivery times however when delivering to schools the courier will take into account school closing times. We do NOT deliver to PO boxes.

Remote Islands: 
A limited number of remote Islands and remote postcodes are subject to additional delivery charges. Our Customer service team will inform you immediately if this applies to your order, and will continue only with your approval.


Delivery of bulky items, furniture items and upstairs deliveries
The courier is contracted to deliver to the stated address on the order. For regular sized orders (excluding furniture and bulky items) if your order is required on another floor, please include the relevant floor number on the order.

For furniture & bulky items, insurance covers our couriers to deliver furniture products to the ground floor only. If furniture needs to be delivered to a different level you will need to arrange this separately yourself. Please note that furniture items are delivered flat-packed and require self assembly.


For heavy items including many security safes, additional delivery charges may apply depending on the weight of the safe or cabinet being delivered and the ease of access to the building. There may be additional charges if two delivery people are required instead of one, whether there are steps leading into the building or if delivery is to a ground floor or an upstairs floor. When you buy a safe or filing cabinet we will contact you and ask you for some basic access information.
