We abide by the UK and EU Rules on Data Protection. will not give, sell, trade or rent in any way or form, information supplied by our customers to a third party.

Your information is strictly used for internal purposes to process your orders. We need to collect basic login data (e.g. email address, password, company name) when you register with us. This information is used to identify our customers and to send order confirmations. We collect delivery and billing information (ie. invoice & delivery addresses, phone numbers etc) at the Checkout page in order to process your order and to contact you should there be a problem with your order.

When an order is placed via credit card, payments are taken at the time the order is placed. value our customer's privacy and understand that you don't want your name and personal details sold or given to third parties. will not sell, give, trade, or rent in any way or form your information to a third party. We will only provide your information to a third party, who will also keep your personal details protected when it is necessary for processing your order and facilitating delivery.

Are payments on secure?

Absolutely Yes

Security PaymentsAt we never store your credit card information on any of our systems.  Your credit card details are encrypted and stored directly by our payment gateway providers Stripe and Worldnet who are fully complaint with the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standards (PCI DSS). uses a secure server to automatically transmit an encrypted message to Stripe, Worldnet, AIB and Bank Of Ireland.

If you recently updated or added a new credit or debit card to your account, a temporary transaction of €1 may appear in your bank statement to verify that your card is open and in good standing. The charge will appear as ‘pending’ and is automatically voided after we have verified your card. 

Please be aware that this is not a charge, and will disappear from your statement.  Depending on your bank it can disappear anywhere from a few minutes to a few weeks.



Social Login

We provide the ability to sign up or sign in using the social login services Google and Facebook. This form of login is faster and saves the user from having to remember a password.

What We Process

  • Google Login: If you register through Google, you grant permission to Google to share basic information about you from your Google account with us, like your name and email address. This enables us to create an account with your information and create a personalised experience.
  • Facebook Login: If you register through Facebook, you grant permission to Facebook to share some of your user details with us. This will include your name, email address, date of birth and location.

Why We Process This Data

We process this data to enable us to provide the service that you consented to receive. We create an account for you based upon the data we receive from either Google or Facebook, to enable you to browse and place orders on our website. You are always in control over what Google and Facebook data we have access to. You can change these settings in your Google or Facebook account. We never have access to your password.

Data Deletion

In accordance with Article 17 of GDPR all users of HuntOffice are entitled to the deletion of their data upon request. To request the deletion of your data, please email to proceed with the erasure of your data.
