Wall planners are an essential addition to the office wall, allowing staff members to see important dates and holidays at a glance, they keep everyone up to date on upcoming events and holidays without the need to send out extra reminders. The wall planners we supply are laminated which means they can be written on, erased and changed as often as you need. Here on Huntoffice UK we have a choice of Year planners, staff planners, holiday planners, month planners and week planners, all from top well-known brands such as Sasco, Collins, 5 Star and Mark-it.

Which wall planners to choose?

• Year Planners – These allow you to plan more efficiently for the year ahead. Mark off holidays, important dates, deadlines, targets and objectives etc. Many of the year planners we supply also have UK public holidays as well as some international public holidays included for ease of use. All year planners are laminated for extra durability and to allow for easy correction. Each of the wall planners has different amounts of space for note taking; choosing one to suit will depend on your offices own needs and how much detail needs to be written on each date. If you need to write a lot of detail then we would suggest that you go for a year planner with larger boxes such as the Mark-it giant year planner which has extra space for note taking.

• Staff Planners – These are different to year planners in that they offer space for individual staff members and displays a Monday to Friday working week. The staff planners we supply here on Huntoffice UK have space for up to 40 staff members or projects, whichever is needed.

• Holiday Planners – Holiday planners, like staff planners also offer space for recording annual leave for individual staff members. These wall planners have the full year at a glance with space for recording leave for each week of the year. These are ideal for mounting in managers offices as well as main staff areas for easy reference.
