Product Details
- VISION TC-HDMIWM Wireless HDMI Matrix Transmitter - Wireless video/audio/infrared extender - HDMI, WiFi
- Channel System
Each device has a channel selector which scrolls through ten channels. Transmitters (Tx) connect to each source, and each is set to transmit on different channels. Use up to 10 x Tx in the same WiFi area since they all use different channels. Receivers (Rx) connect to the displays. To determine which source they show adjust the channel. - System Rules
As you plan your system be aware it is not possible for three or more Rx to be on the same channel. - Matrix
Two sources can be patched to two displays. Set the transmitters to different channels, then adjust the channel on each Rx to switch which source is shown. - Distribution
Show content from one laptop on two displays. Connect a Tx to the laptop, and a Rx to each display. Set them all to the same channel, and you're done. - Switching
Supports switching up to ten sources on a display. Connect a transmitter (Tx) to each laptop, and a receiver (Rx) to each display. Change the channel on the Rx to determine which source it displays. - Distribution
When only one display is in use, the Present button on each transmitter can be used to remotely change the channel on the receiver. - Blend Systems
Because there are ten channels available you can blend together matrix, distribution, and switching systems - Range
The range can be up to 30 meters (98ft) in an enclosed environment - or up to 50 meters (164ft) in an open space. Too close or too far away and the image will degrade. It uses the same frequencies as WiFi so it will work through dry-walls but performance drops off with distance and physical obstacles - 5GHz
It creates it's own WiFi network in the 5GHz frequency band and uses non-DFS channels to avoid interference. The signal is made secure with 128 bit AES encryption. - Control
As well as using the buttons on the front panel to select channels, an included IR remote control directly selects channels, or a control system can switch them via RS-232. - WiFi Troubleshooting
An onscreen display can be used to look at the frequency spectrum to see what other devices might be interfering with your systems. - Low Latency
The TC-HDMIWM has a latency of less than 200 millisecond - 1/5 of a second. It can support up to 1080P (1920 x 1080) video and is smooth and glitch-free.
