Very very happy with customer services for Hunt office and this product. As Hunt office cannot pre arrange a date and time for delivery collection, they told me that they could arrange for the courier to call me on the morning a day before delivery. True to their word, they did that and the courier was also very friendly. The lamp head tilt and swivel functions perfectly, you can angle it left to right and up to down, which was exactly what I required. Be warned that the lamp head does tend to get warm, I expected it to be really hot, but after using a whole day, it was pretty warm to touch but not extremely hot. The lamp head also cooled off really fast. The light casted also covers a great area and was useful. The only problems I had with this was that the product description says to get a E27 bulb, but it is actually a E14 Candle shaped bulb. I couldn't find a energy saving candle bulb and instead got a Philips Genie 8W E14 Class A bulb. (Spend a little and you get to save on electricity bills and it'll last you a long while). And the other problem was that there were no instruction manuals on how to attach the lamp to the base but that is fairly simple (simple insert it into the round knob on the base)

Desk lamp is so handy, it has adjustable reach arm which makes it easier to set the light required position when I read or do a bit of modelling too, price is so affordable and nice polished chrome
