Project and Report folders usually feature coloured opaque back and spine and clear, frosted front cover. Some of them have full length title strip for easier contents identification.
There are two main types of Project and Report files:
• Clip Files
Clip files feature a side clip paper fastening mechanism and are ideal for filing unpunched documents fast and easy. The clip mechanism, such as pivoting clip, sprung steel clip, swivel clip, swing clip, fastens documents securely without marks – quick and simple insertion of paper sheets without the need to punch holes. Clip files come in various capacities, holding from 20 to 60 standard 80gsm paper sheets, and are available in A4, A3 size.
• Flat Files
Flat project and report files feature internal 2 prong flat bar paper fastening mechanism that ensures that punched sheets are held securely. These flat files come in A4, A4+ (accommodates punched pockets), A3 size, feature various back and spine colours and are ideal to gather and present documents.
Some Project and Report files have dividers included – colour coded index sheets with tabs for neat and an easy separation of various presentation or report subjects, quotation parts.
Project and Report files are made from durable, lightweight protective material, such as PVC, plastic, polypropylene, and are used for storing, organising and presenting smaller documents and files.
