Project: Kiely Gaule Financial Services Limited Waterford Project Details: Kiely Gaule Financial Services Limited was founded in 1987 and were the first independent financial services company in Waterford. . The brief from the client was to construct individual office space using glazed partition systems. The lead architect’s main focus was to allow as much light as possible, into each cellular office. Scope of Works: This project was carried out in conjunction with the David Flynn Ltd; strict collaborative deadlines had to be adhered to, to ensure timely delivery of the full project to Kiely Gaule. The client was keen to retain the original values of a iconic building in Waterford but also wanted to incorporate a modern day look to their new office space. Solutions used for this project included Hoyez HT Single Glazed Partition Systems with Anthracite finish. The overall design by the leading architect was successfully achieved, integrating elements such as the new glazed systems with the original brick work resulting in creating a unique and functional office space.
