Product Details
- Heavy Duty Warehouse Steps 3 Punched Steel Tread Platform Height 750Mm Capacity 150kg
Warehouses are challenging places to work, often involving a lot of manual labour including moving heavy items from point A to point B. Our heavy duty warehouse steps with punched steel treads are a great addition to get to high up areas easily and safely. The heavy duty tubular steel makes the steps durable and supportive for the user. Extra wide 560mm treads make it easier for the user to walk up and down the steps and allows larger items to be moved. The 100mm toe board helps to protect the user while they are on the platform at the top and hand-lock anchorage rests the feet firmly on the floor keeping the steps stable when in use. There are also outboard axle wheels for increased stability and a caution notice which warns of safe operational procedure. The 150kg capacity allows heavier items to be transported to and from high places. Our heavy duty warehouse steps with punched steel treads provide a convenient and safe way to access hard to reach areas above ground level. They are available in a choice of platform height between 750mm and 4000mm.

Ladder Safery Tips
- Set the ladder at the correct angle. Straight, single or extension ladders should be set up at about a 75-degree angle. There is usually a safety icon / graphic on the side of the ladder that shows the proper angle orientation between vertical and horizontal that you should use as a guide.
- Keep your body centered between the side rails of the ladder at all times.
- Make sure the weight your ladder is supporting does not exceed its maximum load rating (weight of the user plus materials).
- Only place one person on the ladder at one time.
- Use a ladder that is the proper length for the job. Proper length is a minimum of 3 feet extending over the roofline or working surface.
- Metal ladders will conduct electricity. Use a wooden or fiberglass ladder in the vicinity of power lines or electrical equipment.
- Be sure all locks on extension ladders are properly engaged.
- The ground under the ladder should be level and firm. Large flat wooden boards braced under the ladder can level a ladder on uneven ground or soft ground. A good practice is to have a helper hold the bottom of the ladder.
- Do not use a ladder within six metres of a live overhead power line.
