Looking for diaries or planners? Good organisational skills are imperative in making sure your office, home or study program runs as efficiently as possible. Diaries can be stored online however a physical diary is still necessary as many tasks can be decided when you're not in front of your pc i.e. at meetings or in a classroom etc. 

Diaries come in a range of sizes to suit particular user’s needs. You can get diaries in popular sizes like A4 or A5 and there are even more diaries available in less typical sizes. Some of the sizes that you can come across when looking for diaries are: Maxi (270 x 210mm), Qaurto (260 x 210mm), Slim (150 x 80mm) and Pocket (105 x 70mm). 

There are a few types of layouts that diaries can be found in and these include: 1 week per page, 1 day per page, 2 days per page and also diaries that have 1 day displayed on 2 pages which is very convenient for the most busy users. Most of diaries cover 12 month period from January to December; it is a bit different with academic diaries as they follow the academic year and therefore they cover 12 months starting in August.

• Pocket Diaries – these compact diaries are ideal for using when on the move as they easily fit in a handbag or a portfolio case. They offer the same page layouts as large diaries but are significantly smaller and lighter.
