Project: Cantec Group Waterford Project Details: The Cantec Group is a leading technology provider, established in 1994. The brief from client was to create a vibrant new office space with the construction of cellular offices within the current open plan layout. Hoyez Double glazed partitioning systems were installed with glazed doors, allowing the light to flow through. The installation of new stud walls, dividing each office space to ensure acoustic performance and preserve privacy. Scope of Works: The project commenced with the building of the new cellular offices and the laying of the track for the Hoyez H7T glazed partition walls. Electrical contractors ensured all power requirements and a new Cat6 cabling system was installed to ensure speed of data transfer. New emergency lighting and fire prevention measures were installed; as well as Painting and other finishing touches. Our project manager maintained a tight schedule to ensure clients new office was prepared on time to allow employees a staggered return to the office in the near future.
