Vitrage (dB) – Double glazed partitioning Vitrage (dB) is the latest addition to the Vitrage range, offering the same stylish curves but now as a double glazed system that can provide excellent acoustic performance of up to 47 dB (Rw). The system is designed to create a stylish and modern office environment with the privacy afforded by the double glazed design. Vitrage (dB) soundproof glass wall partitioning system is ideally suited for use with manifestation film; the system keeps its frameless appearance but also provides a feeling of privacy with the unhindered vision of an open office.

Manifestation is available in an unlimited amount of designs and colours to complement the theme of the office or the corporate branding of the client. The frame profiles of Vitrage (dB) can also be painted in a variety of standard or non standard colours to allow the partitioning to be tailored to suit individual customer specifications. The double glazed system uses a two part base which allows easy glazing and speed of installation. Vitrage (dB) is designed to be used with Tenon 77mm Fire and Sound which allows flexibility when designing to project requirements.

Gaskets and clear dry joints are used to hold the glazing in position which eliminates unsightly silicone and allows the partitioning to be demountable if required. Acoustic glass can be used to reach the maximum 47 dB (Rw) rating where it is essential to have optimum amount confidentiality or maintain a quiet environment. Corners and angle joints can be created by using Vitrage clear dry joints; eliminating the need for adhesive tapes or silicone. Vitrage (dB) can be integrated with Tenon Fire & Sound 77mm, single glazed Vitrage and/or solid partitioning. This allows the designer to create the optimum consecutive run of partitioning, which allows various working environments to be created in the minimum of floor space. Head channels and door frames have been designed to allow the system to be installed quickly and efficiently.

Vitrage (dB) Ghost Joining System

Vitrage (dB) is available using the new Ghost design features with dry slim line joints and posts facilitating faster on site installation and the facility to allow blinds to be fitted without the use of remote controls. The Ghost jointing system provides a pleasing aesthetic of clean lines and ultimate design flexibility for exciting office layouts and creative space usage.

The Vitrage (dB) double glazed soundproof system offers a new double glazed door when using either 10mm or 12mm glass giving ultimate performance and design flexibility. The Tenon Vitrage system is available as a single or double glazed system or a combination of both.

Incorporating a minimum number of aluminium framing sections, Vitrage (dB) provides an office divide that allows unhindered vision whilst maintaining the privacy of individual offices. Depending on the height of the partition required, 10mm or 12mm glass can be supplied along with frameless glass doors. Alternatively, glass or timber doors can be supplied in aluminium doo rframe profiles. Conversion posts allow for Vitrage (dB) to integrate with 77mm Tenon Fire and Sound and can be supplied in a wide range of profile colour options. Sound reduction of up to 47 dB (Rw) can be achieved whilst retaining the spacious visual simplicity of glass.
