Fusion Clear Double Glazed Partitioning System

Fusion Clear is double glazed system providing a minimal aluminium framework with a choice of door frame options. Fusion Clear is available in single and double glazed options. Clear Double Glazed allows for a slimline internal mullion which enables the partitions to accommodate integrated Venetian blinds. The dimensions of  both single and double systems are identical which  ensures clean uninterrupted lines when using a mix of Fusion products. The Clear Double Glazed partition system accepts a wide range of glass permutations from 6mm x 6mm upwards. The addition of a Slimline internal mullion enables the accommodation of a blind control for integrated Venetian blinds. The Clear Double Glazed system incorporates Slimline mullion suiting through to the same dimensions as the Clear Single Glazed system. The depth of the floor and ceiling sections is replicated within the Clear Double Glazed family of products to ensure clean uninterrupted lines when using a mix of Fusion products. A choice of dry joints or silicone is available. Fusion Clear Double Glazing is the ultimate acoustic solution.

Framing Dimensions: 30mm aluminium slim head/abutment section for independent glazed screen and optional 86mm or 111mm head/abutment channels allow integration with 75mm and 100mm plasterboard partition walls.

Deflection: Aluminium 2 part head assembly provides +/- 25mm for both the double glazed screen and the integrated plasterboard partition walls.

Integrated Junctions: Choice of wrap around or tapeable aluminium sections that enable the single glazed screen to be fully integrated with 75mm, 100mm and 122mm plasterboard partition walls

Glass Junctions: Straight, 90 degree, variable and 3 way dry joint glass to glass junctions with optional silicon glass joints and 3 way posts that accept plasterboard partition room dividing walls.

Colour Finishes : Anodised, Fusion satin stainless steel and polyester powder coated stock colours silver (RAL 9006) and white (RAL 9010). All other BS4800 and RAL colours available to order.

Manifestation: To meet the requirements of Part M of the building regulations (minimum 50mm dots @100mm centres) or to client’s specification using digital printed logos/graphics on film, screen printed or acid etched glass.

Door Leaf & Door Frames: Frameless glass, high acoustic performance Contemporary aluminium framed single or double glazed and veneered solid core doors installed in aluminium, natural timber or MDF veneered door frames. Other options include Manet or top hung sliding frameless glass doors.

Ironmongery: Range of offset top and bottom hinges, top and bottom pivots complete with floor springs (BTS75) complemented with stain or polished stainless steel finished lever sets, pull handles and patch locks.
